PAIA Manual

Published under section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). This manual describes the records held by Sentinel Check (SQA Ninja Pty Ltd) and the process for requesting access.

Records include business account records, verification records (hashed ID numbers and results — raw photos and biometrics are not retained), financial records, and company records. Requests use prescribed PAIA Form 2, submitted to the Information Officer at hello@sentinelcheck.co.za.
