How SQA Ninja (Pty) Ltd, trading as Sentinel Check, handles personal information under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We do not sell personal information, to anyone, ever. ID numbers are SHA-256 hashed on receipt — the raw number exists only in memory. Photos are deleted once a check completes. One cookie only (sentinel_session) — no analytics or advertising cookies.

Data processors: Didit (verification), Google (sign-in), PayFast (payments), Brevo (email), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp). Servers in South Africa (Contabo).
